Our professional pond maintenance service relies upon creating and maintaining a proper ecological balance within your system so that Mother Nature will be able to do her work properly. In the event of unhealthy pond conditions or sick fish, we have the knowledge and ability to make a proper diagnosis and treat the specific issues at hand. This drastically reduces the need for the application of "routine" chemical treatments. As part of our commitment to responsible earth practices, most of the products that we use are all natural and are completely safe for the environment and all those who come to enjoy it.

Our Pond Services...
Every pond is different. Each will have its own maintenance requirements and every clients level of involvement with their ponds will vary. Additionally, a ponds needs can also vary from season to season. All of this can make finding the right maintenance service program challenging.
To address this, we proudly offer weekly, bi-monthly and monthly routine service programs for those clients who are looking to perform minimum/ limited maintenance on their ponds and offer seasonal maintenance such as Spring start-ups and Fall/ Winter prep and shut-downs for those clients who wish to have more involvement without the more labor intensive requirements. Additionally, we offer a full range of on-call services from basic water treatments, algae control, and water changes to filtration/ pond equipment installation, repair and servicing to more specifically address the occasional and unplanned maintenance needs.
In addition to routine pond maintenance, we also offer plant services including: design/ selection, installation, removal, thinning, pruning and fertilization services to address your pond and gardens needs throughout the season.
Fish & Pond Health Services...
 There's always a chance of a health issue arising in even the best of conditions. To help in these circumstances we also provide both simple and comprehensive fish and pond health and treatment services. Whether it's an isolated outbreak or a complex case requiring the use of microscopic evaluation, we will identify the problem and provide you with the the specific treatment remedy to correct the situation.
Additionally, we offer a comprehensive water test that provides the following: pH, Alkalinity, Ammonia Nitrogen, Nitrite Nitrogen, Chloride, Hardness, Dissolved Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, temperature and Salts.

Please note: This guarantee does not cover acts of nature, gross neglect or problems resulting from equipment malfunction/ failure nor does it imply any warranty on such equipment beyond that stated by the manufacturer. Guarantee covers most recent visit and/or visits required to correct issues.
