This past summer, Liquid Landscape Designs designed and installed a pondless water feature, bricked piazza and gardens for a new outdoor seating area for our store located in the center of Carlisle, MA. To say that it has been well received would be a dramatic understatement. With it's beauty, charm, warmth and elegance, and it's highly visible location, it has changed the entire character of our village center.  A day doesn't go by that someone doesn't rave about how gorgeous it is. We are so appreciative to Jay and his crew for their craftsmanship, professionalism and can-do attitude. We would not hesitate to recommend LLD... bring them in and unleash them and let their creativity take over!

Working with Jay was my introduction into the designing and building of water features.
Jay walked us through the material and parts list needed for building the water feature as well as being on site as we began excavating. He actually placed the first several stones as well as directed in the excavation process. When it came to hook-up he was there again, directing the pump and fitting requirements. Yet again when it came to aquatic plant material needed for the final touches, his involvement and knowledge was above what I would have expected. Jay’s ‘hands-on’ approach is not just lip service…it’s for real!!

It also should be mentioned that Jay is not just available for the initial phases of development and build. Months after the installation I contacted him for details on how to shut down the system for the winter season. He was readily available and full of guidance and feedback.
But what I appreciated most was Jay’s overall enthusiasm and passion for his work. He mentioned to me at one point that early in his career he would take trips up to the White Mountains to study the movement, fall and flow of streams and waterfalls. Now that’s what I call passionate!
